The company was established in 2002 with four vessels.The founders were shipowners who wished to have reliable cooperation with shipping world. We still have the same structure and same wish.Royal Shipping And Chartering are being formed by our shipowners who trusted since the beginning to us .We now have seven vessels under chartering management and we are still groving our fleet by giving trusted and , best possible service.Our main trading areas for our ships  are ''Black sea , Marmara sea , Continent , Mediterranean Sea, West and East Coast of Africa'' .

Our strategy is to operate our exclusive vessels with the best and correct cargoes in costal-tramp chartering. Beside the management of our vessels , we are providing best quality of service to find the right vessel for the cargo proposals of our direct clients. In an another word , We are here to find right vessel for your cargoes and right cargoes for  our vessels.

The management service for our coster also includes of management of I.S.M. , I.S.P.S. codes , and
technical management . To extend this meaning we obtained the official representative of Dolphin 1 - MTG  Shiprepairyard in Varna , Bulgaria.We accept shipping is not that much easy and problems may arise in any time of the day.However we beleive that the problems are to be solved .
